How volunteering works:

Note: We estimate that we will finalize volunteer selection by Feb 12. If you've already purchased a ticket and are selected to volunteer, we can refund your payment.
List of primary responsibilities:
Check-in attendees, ushering people to the right area to remain on schedule, watching for violations of our code-of-conduct, assisting with set-up and tear-down, scanning attendees as they enter the session area.
Summit is being held in downtown Manhattan. The event takes place over 2 days: Feb 20 and 20, 2025. There is an additional setup day on Feb 19. You are responsible for any and all travel, parking, and lodging fees. We will provide meals on site.
There are two general shifts:
Morning Shift: 7:30am - 1:00pm
Afternoon Shift: 12:30pm - 7:30pm
* 1/2 day free admission granted only on days that you work 1/2 a day.
