Learn, Grow & More, LLC Camp Application
Camp services will be provided for school aged students (Kindergarten (5 years old by Sept. 1, 2026 and fully-potted trained)-8th grade).  Our program is a model and site for implementing high-quality afterschool/out-of-school time care. As a result, we will often have educational visitors and spotlights on our program. We also offer summer enrichment camp which is $130/week.  

Please plan to provide a copy of the student's immunization records.  You can request a copy from the school to be sent home with your student. 

Camp Care is a tuition program paid by the parent/guardian. Your child must be able to participate independently and within those collaborative opportunities with peers.   If tuition is not received, prior to the Monday of camp, student(s) will not be able to attend the program that day/week.

Parents, please plan to provide a copy of your driver's license for our records such as check-outs.  Please advise all contacts listed for check-out that ID is required. No exceptions! (If there is an emergency in which a person needs to pick up the student who is not on the list, please email us, rholifield@learngrowandmorellc.org)

***If students arrive sick/become sick while at the center, immediate pick up is REQUIRED! We definitely want to ensure the health and safety of all individuals. Additional information regarding the sick policy and other related information is in the Parent Handbook. 

Chronic lateness in picking up children could result in our having to release your child from our program. If your child is left 15 minutes beyond closure with no contact or response from a parent or guardian, we will take next steps to ensure pickup.

We reserved the right to dismiss students from our program for behavior issues or limited abilities to support ANY needs they have.  It is our goal to provide high-quality support for all students and families.  When we recognize that we cannot, we will identify it to our parents.  We will work to communicate additional programs, resources and opportunities that could best support the student(s).
