Complete the form below and send your $15 payment via Venmo to Karen Smik @RichfieldCivic if you do not have Venmo, please download the form on our website and mail it in along with a check.  

Only your address will appear in the ad. The other personal information is for RCO use only. Your phone number and email address are required so that we may contact you with any questions or issues concerning your ad. We will also confirm garage sale sign pick up information and any other pertinent details with you via email. Deadline for receipt of ads is MAY 1 (ads must be RECEIVED, not postmarked, by MAY 1).
Participants will pick up their signs at the small pavilion located in the front of Richfield Woods Park (4100
Broadview Road) on Wednesday, June 4, between the hours 3-7 p.m. or Thursday, June 5, between the hours
5-7 p.m. You do not need to get out of your car. One of our members will deliver your sign directly to you. Just
pop open your car trunk. If you absolutely aren’t able to pick up your sign on either of those days, you will need to contact Karen (as noted below) to make other arrangements.

We are offering a limited number of spaces---on a first come basis---for garage sales to be held on the Village
Green in the center of town. Spaces will be preassigned. Each space will be marked off. Individuals holding sales on the Village Green will not need to pick up their signs as they will be placed in the participant’s designated space by our members.
