PANEL SESSION (20-minute individual presentation) -or- (90 minutes full panel)
Panels feature up to three presenters covering a specific topic and are combined with a joint question and answer session at the end.

PECHA KUCHA (7 minutes)
A concise, fast-paced style where you present 20 slides for 20 seconds each (total of 6 minutes and 40 seconds), allowing for a lot of new ideas to be presented in a short period of time.

Selected posters will be displayed during the conference. The poster sessions will give presenters the opportunity to talk about their poster subject with attendees. For student entrants, this also includes submission for the student poster competition.

WORKSHOP (3.5 hours)
In-depth sessions that may include multiple presenters or time for small groups or break outs.

If you would like to submit a second proposal for a different presentation type, you will have the opportunity to do so at the very end of this form.
