Registration - Training for potential new Sponsors of the Child and Adult Care Food Program in Rhode Island

Please use this form to register for the Rhode Island Department of Education's (RIDE) online course series for potential new Sponsors of the Child and Adult Care Food Program (CACFP).

**Completion of this training series is a requirement for any child or adult care provider wishing to participate in the Child and Adult Care Food Program. Staff who will be responsible for the administration of the CACFP must attend. The entire training series must be completed within one (1) month of registration and the CACFP new Sponsor application process must be completed within six (6) months of completing the training series in order to join the program. You will receive a link with additional information on completing this training series within one (1) week of registering. Information will be sent to the email address that you provide below.
