Still not too late to join us :) We're not checking anymore so just show up - 587 Ft Washington, schedule below!
Friends, it's been quite a year. With all of the heartbreak and pain of the past 12 months, we couldn't be more looking forward to praying for a new lease on life, reconnecting with tradition and community, and working on forgiveness and second chances. We're preparing for a Yom Kippur that is welcoming, meaningful, and connected - and we're excited for you to be part of it.
We're doing prayers in our space on 187th and Ft Washington - Friday evening (10/11), and Saturday (10/12) morning and evening. We'll be providing prayer books for you. The experience will include a lot of uplifting prayers and song, as well as guidance in English throughout the prayers. We'll also have alternative offerings after prayers Friday night (around 9:00pm) - including meditation, soulful songs, and text-study. You're also welcome for a communal break-fast Saturday night around 7:00pm (with shofar blowing!)
As always all are welcome - first timers, old timers, and everyone in between. Especially if you feel called to celebrate and experience a Yom Kippur filled with love, community, spirituality, please join us at the Beis Community this year - in whatever way is right for you.
