Before entering an inquiry, be sure you have taken the steps you should have taken to make sure the information was correctly recorded. For instance, did you register properly for an outing in question? Have you entered service hours via the form provided on the Service page of the troop website? For merit badges earned, have you turned in 'blue cards' signed by both your counselor and your unit leader? If this recordkeeping was done correctly by you but is in error in Troopmaster, go ahead with explaining your inquiry.
