As we begin working on creating a GIEP for your child, your input is vital in creating a comprehensive learning profile.  Please take a moment to answer the questions below as completely as possible.  Be sure to hit "submit" when finished.  

The information you provide will be included in the student's Present Level of Educational Performance (PLEP) on their Gifted IEP.  It will also be shared with teachers/administrators during the student's scheduled GIEP Conference.
