Rental periods are:
Monday-Friday: 8 AM to 4 PM, 5 PM to 11 PM
Sunday: 8 AM to 10 PM
Saturdays: 8 AM to 4 PM, 5 PM to 11 PM
Custom requests such as full-day and multi-day rentals can be accommodated.

Rentals require a Rental Deposit and signed contract upon reservation. The final payment of the Rental Fee is required three weeks before your event. Deposits are returned after your rental if the building and property are in good condition.
Please note that filling out this form does not constitute a confirmation or guarantee of any dates or rental periods. In order to contract for rental space and a date with the Calvert Grange, you will receive a contract and an invoice for the Rental Deposit and Rental Fee.
