Process

To enroll in Pathfinder Academy a completed Letter of Intent must be submitted by the application deadline for consideration for fall enrollment. Any letters arriving after the deadline will be considered subject to our maximum enrollment capacity. Based on our local interest to date and the interest from international students, we expect to be at capacity. You will be contacted to schedule an interview for your student, and be requested to provide a copy of their transcript.

General Timetable

The application deadline for enrollment at Pathfinder Academy is March 1st, 2020. The student’s Letter of Intent and transcripts must be received prior to the deadline. We suggest submitting your Letter of Intent by February 15th to allow time for the transmittal of transcripts by the deadline. Admissions decisions will be made by March 15th.

Criteria

Applicants will be evaluated based on the following criteria:

Completion of the Letter of Intent
Transcript review for academic prowess
Interview to assess maturity and mastery / understanding of the environment that they are entering
Agreement to the school’s code of conduct and expectations
