** If you are a 2025 GRADUATE, call Ferris High School at 972-544-3737 or email ccuarenta@ferrisisd.org to obtain your transcript.

** If you are a former student requesting student records, please continue to fill out this request form.

** If you are requesting Education Verification, please email your requests directly to pruiz@ferrisisd.org.

** Current students must obtain their transcript/academic records at their currently enrolled campus. The students’ academic record will accompany the student to their currently enrolled campus when they transfer.

Per District policy, student records are only available to those who have signed authorization from the former student, parent, guardian or responsible person if the student is less than 18 years of age. If the student is a graduate or over the age of 18, school records will not be release to a parent, guardian, or responsible person without the student’s written consent and photo identification.
