Walnutwood Parent Survey: District Plan to Return In-Person Hybrid Learning.
The District is moving forward with in-person Hybrid learning at the Comprehensive sites starting January 4th, 2021, for Middle Schools and High Schools. Every school in our district is sending out a survey, we need to gather a few details from our families so we can help finalize plans for scheduling and staffing district-wide. Once we review survey results, staffing and balancing will take place which may result in a change of teacher and/or class, dependent upon choices both parents and teachers make.

The following mitigation requirements for students will be in place. Students are responsible for:

*Social distancing
*Hand hygiene
*Face coverings (mask)
*Cough/sneeze etiquette
*Passive screening prior to arriving on campus

Precautions will be in place to keep students and staff safe during classes. Student desks will be arranged to allow six feet separation.

Additionally, our campus will remain closed to all visitors.

IMPORTANT: If you have more than one child at our school, please complete the survey for each child.
