Holiday Hope Vendor Application Form
This event will incorporate a variety of activities:
- A Vendor Marketplace of over 40+ vendors
- Kente Claus Appearance/Photos
- Performances
- Children Activities (Story time, cookie decorating, face painting, art classes)
- Raffle Giveaways

This event will be FREE entry however we will encourage the public to bring non perishable food items and other basic essential items. There is currently a refugee crisis happening and our help is needed! Pilgrim Feast Tabernacles has opened their doors to help. 

This Holiday we want to help the community by giving back and helping those in need. All donations that we receive will be donated to Pilgrim Feast Tabernacles to help refugees from Africa. As a vendor Holiday Hope will not only allow you to talk about your brand with new faces, but this Community Initiative will allow you to build community relations, network with other businesses, meet personal sales goals and most importantly, to enjoy yourself and have a good time while supporting a great cause.

- Each vendor will be given two chairs per table - (table cloth will not be provided)
- Each vendor table cannot exceed 3 people and only one business is allowed per table
- Please note that vendor tables are NON-REFUNDABLE
**Please note that tables are on a first come first serve basis. We have vendor limits per business categories**

Purchasing a vendor table includes:
- Your name and logo on all social media post/flyers with a description on what you offer/sell
- A table to promote your business
- Access to wifi
- Additional paid marketing and promotion to advertise the event as a collective
