Pasirašydamas (-a) šią deklaraciją patvirtinu, kad:
1. Dalyvauju renginyje savo laisva valia ir pilnai suprantu, kad automobilių sportas, lenktynės ir su tuo susijusi veikla yra pavojinga bei gali sukelti turtinę žalą, kūno sužalojimus, sveikatos sutrikdymą ar mirtį.
2. Esu pakankamos fizinės ir sveikatos būklės dalyvauti renginyje ir neturiu man žinomų aplinkybių, kurios trukdytų saugiai dalyvauti.
3. Prisiimu visą atsakomybę už savo veiksmus, priimamus sprendimus, naudojamą transporto priemonę, jos techninę būklę bei galimas pasekmes sau, savo turtui ir tretiesiems asmenims.
4. Įsipareigoju elgtis atsakingai, laikytis organizatoriaus nurodymų, saugumo reikalavimų ir nekelti pavojaus kitiems renginio dalyviams, žiūrovams ar tretiesiems asmenims.
5. Sutinku, kad už bet kokią žalą, kurią savo veiksmais ar neveikimu padarysiu kitų asmenų sveikatai, gyvybei ar turtui, atsakau asmeniškai Lietuvos Respublikos teisės aktų nustatyta tvarka.
6. Suprantu ir sutinku, kad organizatorius neprisiima atsakomybės už mano patirtus sužalojimus, sveikatos sutrikdymą, mirtį, transporto priemonės sugadinimą ar kitą turtinę žalą, atsiradusią dėl mano dalyvavimo renginyje, išskyrus atvejus, kai tokia atsakomybė negali būti apribota pagal galiojančius teisės aktus.
7. Neturiu ir ateityje nereikšiu organizatoriui jokių pretenzijų dėl žalos, kuri gali būti patirta man dalyvaujant renginyje, išskyrus atvejus, kai tokia teisė negali būti apribota pagal galiojančius teisės aktus.
8. Patvirtinu, kad perskaičiau šią deklaraciją, supratau jos turinį, pasekmes ir pasirašau ją laisva valia.

By signing this declaration, I confirm that:
1. I participate in the event of my own free will and fully understand that motor sports, racing and related activities are dangerous and can cause property damage, bodily injury, health impairment or death.
2. I am in sufficient physical and health condition to participate in the event and I have no circumstances known to me that would prevent safe participation.
3. I assume full responsibility for my actions, decisions made, the vehicle used, its technical condition and possible consequences for myself, my property and third parties.
4. I undertake to act responsibly, to comply with the instructions of the organizer, safety requirements and not to pose a danger to other participants of the event, spectators or third parties.
5. I agree that for any damage that I cause to the health, life or property of other persons by my actions or inaction, I am personally liable in accordance with the procedure established by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
6. I understand and agree that the organizer does not assume liability for any injuries, health impairment, death, damage to the vehicle or other property damage incurred by me as a result of my participation in the event, except in cases where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
7. I do not have and will not make any claims to the organizer in the future for any damage that may be incurred during my participation in the event, except in cases where such right cannot be limited under applicable law.
8. I confirm that I have read this declaration, understood its content and consequences and am signing it of my own free will.
