Greetings from Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), WR, Mumbai-Autonomous body of Ministry of HRD, Govt. of India, CENTRAL PLACEMENT CELL of Pimpri Chinchwad Education Trust (PCET)'s PCCOE, PCCOE&R, NMIET & NCER, Pune and Maharashtra Association of TPOs (MaTPO) !!

Many times it becomes difficult to get the BE / BTech, Diploma, ITI, BSc, BCS, BCA, BA, BCom, BBA, Bharm and other course students as Apprentice or as Regular employees. To address this issue, we are trying to bring companies and  BE / BTech,  Diploma, BSc, BCS, BCA, BA, BCom, BBA and other course students (already passed out in June / July from  2024/2023/2022/2021/2020 batch) on one platform.

It gives us a pleasure to inform that Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT), WR, Mumbai, MaTPO and PCCOE are organizing "PCCOE - BOAT Apprenticeship Bharti Mela 2024" for One Year Apprenticeship for BE / BTech,  Diploma, ITI, BSc, BCS, BCA, BA, BCom, BBA, BPharm and other course students on Saturday, 24/08/2024 at PCET's Pimpri Chinchwad College of Engineering (PCCOE), Nigdi, Pune at 9:00 am.

We would like to request you to participate in this event and recruit  BE / BTech,  Diploma, ITI, BSc, BCS, BCA, BA, BCom, BBA, BPharm and other course students  as Apprentices.

Advantages to the companies for recruiting the Apprentices  : 

# Companies get the Apprentices at a very Low cost.

# The government of India gives a stipend of up to Rs. 5,000 per month per student. Companies can add any extra amount. 

# The Government of India provides a certificate to each candidate.

# The Apprentices Act says that companies can recruit a minimum of 2.5 % to a Maximum of 10 % Apprentices of their total workforce (in Maharashtra it is up to 25 %). 

# No Obligations of Permanent Job Offers given to Apprentices (Hence no liabilities).

About MaTPO : 

Maharashtra Association of TPOs (MaTPO) is an association of around 500 Training Placement Officers of Engineering, Diploma, MBA, MCA, BSc, BCS and other courses from across Maharashtra.

MaTPO has also become the official Third Party Aggregator (TPA) of Board of Apprenticeship Training (BOAT). MaTPO can provide all the Third Party Aggregator (TPA) support like Candidate mobility, compliance, documents, uploading data on BOAT Portal, follow up etc. Kindly let us know the services that MaTPO can provide for the same.
