Print Newsletter Award

Eligibility Guidelines (please follow Eligibility Guidelines exactly or entry will be disqualified):
- Entry must be electronically submitted by February 2, 2018.
- Entry fee and hard copies of materials must be postmarked by February 2, 2018.
- Entry must have been published or created for the first time between January 1, 2017 and December 31, 2017.
- Two consecutive issues must be submitted via mail. Judges will judge only two issues. If submitting more than two issues to show consistency, etc., note which two issues you want judged. Entries submitted with more than two issues without a note of which two issues to judge will be disqualified. If you only publish one newsletter, please enter it in the Special Purpose Publication category.
- Each entry’s content must be original.
- There is no limit to how many entries a person may submit in this category.
- Any Ohio school, school district, or education-related organization may enter the contest.
- Entries cannot be submitted in a binder, folder, document cover, or notebook.

NOTE: OHSPRA members include only those people who have purchased an individual membership or were one of the people specifically named in an institutional membership. Institutional memberships include up to three people; a fourth can be added for $55. All others qualify as non-members.


NOTE: Entries will not be returned and become the property of OHSPRA. Submit payment to: OHSPRA, P.O Box 891, Columbus, OH 43085. Make checks payable to OHSPRA. Appropriate payment and hard copies of materials must be submitted to OHSPRA with a postmark date of February 2, 2018 or before to avoid disqualification. OHSPRA cannot accept purchase orders. Fees cannot be returned.
