# : One (1) Complimentary pass is given to another regulator who is nominated by the Head of Delegation.
Please take note of the following:
1. Delegates attending the 27th ASEAN Cosmetic Committee (ACC) and Its Related Meetings must obtain endorsement from the relevant ASEAN Member State.
2. The attendance of industry members are only for those who are based in ASEAN and with endorsement by their respective regulatory authorities.
Registration fee to attend the 27th ASEAN Cosmetic Committee (ACC) and Its Related Meetings is Rp. 6.500.000,- either for one or all meetings/events and payable in Indonesia Rupiah only.

Exemption from registration fee will be for:
1. Two (2) official government delegates (Head of Delegate and Nominated Regulator) from each Member states for attending either ACC, ACSB or ACTLC.
2. Chair and Co-Chair of ACC, ACSB and ACTLC.
3. Two (2) representatives from ASEAN Secretariat.

Mode of Payment
#Transfer receipt shall be confirmed to email and showed at the registration desk.
Meal Preference
1. Please ensure that your registration form has been completed before submitting it to the Secretariat of the host country.
2. Registration Deadline is 7th November 2017.
3. Inclusive with the registration fee are Lunch, Cofee/Tea break, Meeting materials (name badge, conference bag, etc), and invitation to the Opening Ceremony and Gala Dinner on the 16th November 2017.
4. It does not include the cost of accommodation and travel.
5. The participants are required to make their own hotel reservation by using the Hotel Reservation Form.
6. Your registration will only be confirmed upon receiving your registration form and endorsement letter. A confirmation email will be sent to you.
7. Requests for substitution of participants will be assessed on an individual basis. A written request for substitution
should be made at least 7 working days prior to the commencement of the event.
8. There is STRICTLY NO REFUND for any cancellation for non-attendance.
9. In our effort to conserve the environment, ALL DOCUMENTS TO BE USED IN THE MEETINGS WILL BE PROVIDED IN ELECTRONIC FORMAT. Participants are encouraged to bring their own laptop to the meeting.
