Thank you for applying to volunteer at SEEDS! We typically on-board new volunteers 3 times a year. Our next anticipated onboarding will be around July. We only onboard about 13-16 volunteers per-year. Please note that all volunteer opportunities are limited and UNPAID.

Here are some of our considerations for selecting volunteers:
- Received training from SEEDS, PCRC, Community Boards, or similar community programs
- Has a strong understanding of power dynamics and how they play-out in a conflict/mediation
- Sensitivity to lived experiences of marginalization
- Fluency in multiple languages (especially Spanish)
- Trained in a 2-3 mediator model

If you are selected to move-on in your application process, you will be invited for an interview. If you have not heard from us, it means that we do not have the capacity to on-board you at this time.
