A 2-day seminar on how to write pilot projects and to apply them to the European Youth Foundation will be held on 21-22 May 2016 in Kyiv (Ukraine). The activity is co-organised by the National Youth Council of Ukraine and the European Youth Foundation with support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine and the Council of Europe Youth Department. This seminar is one of the points of the Action plan for 2016 of the Framework Cooperation Agreement on youth policy between the Council of Europe and the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine 2016-2020.

Seminar invites young leaders, people between the age of 18 to 35 years from different oblast of Ukraine.The seminar seeks to familiarize participants with the European Youth Foundation and to raise the participants` competencies in writing pilot projects. The seminar will provide youth NGOs from Ukraine with additional funding possibilities for their initiatives, namely the ability to write and submit pilot projects to the European Youth Foundation within special call for Ukraine in the European Youth Foundation.

Participants will develop their awareness about the European Youth Foundation (https://fej.coe.int/) the process of applying and will have the possibility to ask experst from the EYF about the specifity of the piliot-projects and the expert from the Council of Europe about the prioroties of CoE in the Youth Sector.

Requirements for the participants:
- leaders, youth activists, who are members of youth NGO
- Fluent English

Participation fee: 350 UAH

The seminar will bring together 30 participants – youth leaders and activists of youth non-governmental organisations from Ukraine.

The language of training is English.

The selected participants are requested to take part in all elements of the seminar`s programme from 10h00 to 18h00 on 21 May and from 09h30 to 16h00 on 22 May.
