ComNet19 Frank Karel Scholarship Application

Thanks to the generous support of The Rockefeller Foundation, The Frank Karel Scholarship Program will enable 25 nonprofit communicators and communications-focused academics to attend The Network’s annual conference, ComNet19, and receive free registration and one free pre-conference workshop.

Successful scholarship recipients will be able to share how they represent Frank Karel’s legacy and The Network’s mission to connect leaders, lift up and advance the field of communications for good, and our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

The scholarship is open to all full-time nonprofit staff and communications-focused academics with a demonstrated financial need. The scholarship does not cover travel costs, lodging, or other incidental costs. You do not need to be a Network member to apply, but preference will be given to current Network members. Previous Karel Scholarship recipients are ineligible to re-apply.

DEADLINE TO APPLY IS TUESDAY, JULY 16, 2019. We hope to alert our 25 winners by Friday, August 2, 2019.
