This is an introduction to Nonviolent Communication and the connections with presence practices and living in alignment with spiritual values, whatever those may be. The emphasis will be on understanding self-connection/self-empathy, empathy and speaking truthfully with care and how the consciousness and the four parts of Nonviolent communication can support communication that cares for all. We will use exercises and pair work along with group discussion to look at HOW we can increase compassion for ourselves and others.
