Coding With AI

Software has eaten the world and AI is eating software. If this isn't obvious yet, chat with us. We were skeptics at one point too.

Who Is This For?
This interest form is for CEOs, CTOs, and VPEs at enterprise software companies with significant, production code bases who have a mandate to improve efficiency and effectiveness by integrating AI into their software development process, but are unsure of where to start with tools, how to drive effective adoption throughout their organization, and how it fits in with fundamental engineering best practices and legacy code bases.

Our Approach
Our approach combines (1) applied AI, (2) experienced change management, and (3) over a decade and a half of fundamental software engineering best practices to not just exposure professional engineering teams to the latest AI tools, but also immediately integrate them into their day to day development work, and build a concrete, actionable plan to continue.

This is NOT vibe coding. This is NOT fancy PowerPoints or contrived examples. This is getting hands-on with your team to apply AI software engineering to the tickets in their JIRA board and have the confidence and rigor to push to production on week one.

This is NOT going to replace your engineering team. It WILL empower them with the possibilities of leveraging AI and the skills and tools to execute on those possibilities.

Our Process
(1) Brief discussion with your CTO/VPE and optionally CEO or business sponsor to discuss mandate and potential scope.
(2) Meetings with key engineering leaders and ICs to understand your engineering org "on the ground floor."
(3) Workshop proposal including integrating current codebase, challenges, and initiatives into training.

Who We Are
We're a senior software engineering team that has been building scalable software systems since long before the pre-LLMs days. Most recently, we've been building at the cutting edge of combining AI-enabled software tools with age-old fundamental engineering best practices. Prior, we cofounded a venture backed software financial management platform depended on by dozens of public companies for critical public filing data and built software for F500s, three letter agencies, international celebrities, and a nine figure Snap acquisition. We bring in friends from leaders like OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other leaders to complement our core offering.
