Please arrive no later than 5:00pm with your clean well-operating bike, cycling shoes, and a water bottle.
Your bike will be connected to the trainer via the rear axle. Typically, our cyclists use an adapter on the rear skewer, which will be available at the studio. If you have a 'thru-axle' on your rear wheel or aren't sure, PLEASE email email@example.com and let us know.
