Agreement
1. Renters are responsible for the proper use of all rental gear, and reBlossom is not responsible for any renter misuse or defective gear. By accepting rented equipment and signing this document, I release reBlossom from all responsibility of liability for injuries or damages to the user of the equipment rented.

2. If less than 24 hours notice is given for a cancellation of a rental, a one-week rental charge will be charged for each item.

3. Rental items are required to be returned clean.  Any item returned that is not clean is subject to a $25 cleaning fee.

4. Rental items not returned after three (3) days of the scheduled return date and without contacting reBlossom regarding an extension, will have their full resale value charged to the credit card on file.

5. Rental items that are damaged or missing parts will have their full resale value charged to the credit card on file.
