Our Bold Vision
Beginning this year, the Board will conduct an annual assessment of how effective Foothills has been in achieving each of our seven vision statements.  This survey is analogous to a congregational self-evaluation; we'd like to hear about your experiences this year, and to gather your feedback about our church community.  The first part of the survey asks you to describe your involvement with Foothills, before moving into the vision statements themselves.  After each statement, you will find space to add more in-depth comments if you choose to do so.  The Board is so grateful to each of you for taking the time to complete this survey.
