Some activities may involve children and in such cases the child's guardian or their entrusted childcare professional, with appropriate clearances and training, must be present in accordance with PA Act 153 to ensure everyone’s safety and well-being.  The Reading Captain program is not responsible for activities an individual chooses to do outside of these parameters.
