We're building a movement to ban non-competes!
Last March, Open Markets and our allies filed a petition to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) calling for a rule to ban non-competes nationwide. Now we're building a movement to demand they take action, and we need your help!
Employers across a range of industries require workers to accept a 'non-compete' clause as a condition of employment. These unjust contracts deprive tens of millions of workers of the freedom to accept a job or to start a business in the same line of work or industry after they leave their current employer.
If you or someone you know has ever been been forced to sign a non-compete agreement and suffered as a result, we want to hear from you. Help us reach our goal of collecting 100 worker stories this month!
Please answer the questions below, and an Open Markets team member will reach out to you with more details.
