  • Weigh In: Friday, December 5 at 10:00am
  • Mandatory Rules Clinic/Athlete Meeting: Saturday December 6 at 9:30am
  • Competition: Saturday December 6 at 10:00am

  • 25kg Squat bar for squats
  • 20kg Power bar for bench press
  • 20kg Deadlift bar for deadlifts

Rules
  • All lifters must be present for the athlete meeting
  • One-piece legal lifting singlet must be worn. All equipment must be within WRPF specifications. Equipment check will be completed at weigh-ins. All WRPF rules apply. Please review the rulebook for equipment details: https://www.wrpfcan.ca/
  • Lifters must have an active WRPF Canada membership to compete, please go to https://www.wrpfcan.ca/ to purchase at least one week prior to competition.
  • Lifters late to the competition or who miss weigh-ins will be disqualified.
  • NO REFUNDS after registration is complete.
Registration Fees must be sent immediately after the form is filled in order to receive a spot for the event. We will allow for a maximum of 2 business days after the submission to receive the payment. This event is based on a first come first serve basis once both payment and registration form is received.
