If someone makes you or anyone else feel unsafe or unwelcome, please report it as soon as possible. Harassment and other code of conduct violations reduce the value of our events for everyone. You can make a report to an organizer at the event, or anonymously via this form.

This form is meant to facilitate anonymous submissions, so the form itself is configured to NOT collect email addresses and allows submissions from any origin. If you'd rather not take our word for it, then submit the form from Incognito mode (shift + ctrl + n).
