If you answered NO to the previous question signer needs to have TWO CREDIBLE WITNESSES - who can swear to the signer's identity. They must have proper ID, is age 18 or older, know the signer by the name on the document, is not named in the document nor have a financial interest in the transaction described in the document.  *

AS A REMINDER: 
1. DO NOT SIGN document until you are in the presence of the notary.
2.  All documents must be dated the same day as the notarization or earlier, but never later.
3. Original documents must be presented for all Copy Certification. 
4. Every signer must physically appear, be coherent and present acceptable ID at the time of notarization.
5. Translation is not allowed during the notarization process.  The Notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer in the language (i.e., English) that both the Notary and the signer can understand.
6. COMPLETELY FILL IN ALL BLANK SPACES IN DOCUMENT BEFORE NOTARY ARRIVES.  BUT DO NOT  SIGN! The Notary cannot Notarize incomplete documents!
7. Vital records (birth, death and marriage) cannot be notarized
8. The initial payment (travel fee) will secure your appointment date and the notarial fees will be paid prior to completion of service.
