Vendor agrees to set up a booth in the location assigned. Vendor understands that their booth will be open for sales Friday, April 4th, from 9 am-6 pm and Saturday, April 5th, from 9 am-5 pm. Vendor understands that set up time is Thursday, April 3, from 9am-7pm

Vendors agree not to break down their booth until after 5pm on Saturday, April 5th, and must be completed by 7pm. Vendors will be responsible for the conduct of all sales personnel in their booth. Vendor understands that decor and method of display, promotion, and the sale of goods handled by the vendor. Vendor understands and agrees that show management shall have the right and authority to close down and cease the operation of any vendor booth, without refund of any fees paid, for violation of any show rule,as determined solely by show management. Vendor hereby agrees to abide by show rules and to hold the show, its representatives, and officers harmless from any and all legal liability which may arise resulting from vendor’s activities, actions or inactions at the show. Vendor understands and agrees that any and all sales taxes will be collected by the vendor, whose responsibility it will be to send the same to the State of Arkansas. No refunds if canceled after February 1, 2025.

I will not hold Q.U.I.L.T.Guild of NW Arkansas or Benton County Fairgrounds responsible or liable for any actual or perceived loose or damages which might occur during the show.
