NJ Center for Tourette Syndrome Presenter Application
The New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome (NJCTS) is looking for youth ages 13-17 to participate in the Youth Presenter Program. As a presenter, our youth have the unique opportunity to share their powerful voices with a variety of audiences. During these presentations, audiences will not only learn factual information about Tourette Syndrome, but what it is like to live with this challenging condition. Below is a list of variety of audiences one can expect to be called upon to speak to:

-School children in grades k-12
-School Support Staff, Teachers and Administrators
-Nurses and Doctors
-Community Organizations
-Law Enforcement
-Teen Conferences

As an NJCTS presenter you will be asked to:

-Work with the Youth Development Coordinator to prepare presentations (don't worry, you'll be guided each step of the way!)
-Attend a virtual training scheduled for November, 2021 (specific date TBD)
-Be available to periodically speak during a school day
-Regularly check email for important information
-Sign up for the Remind App
