Introducing Mindfulness is an evidence-based curriculum delivered in group settings. In addition to public group classes, I teach this class to groups and organizations. It's a great curriculum for busy professionals. I teach locally/in-person in the Denver-metro area or via Zoom. Please share a little below if you have interest in me teaching to your group.
