TWO-HOUR PRIOR FESTIVAL EVENT CHECK-IN: All Vendors are REQUIRED TO CHECK-IN for Assigned Spaces at Chamber Tent (located in the Lincolnton Optical parking lot at 116 Main Street, Lincolnton, GA 30817).
NOTE BEFORE VENDOR CAN SET-UP: Lincolnton-Lincoln County Chamber Event Personnel must have receive Completed Vendor Application, VERIFIED PAID VENDOR FEES, signed Waiver-of-Liability Form*, and
(for food/ drink vendors) copy of Food License or Health Department temporary Food/ Drink Permit.
*Waiver-of-Liability Form may need to be signed in-person on day of Event at Check-In Tent.
SET-UP MUST BE COMPLETED ONE-HOUR PRIOR TO EVENT. Vendor Spaces are 10x10 on Street Assigned Spaces. Vendor vehicles must be moved out of Foot-Traffic only Festival Area, (unless pre-paid as a nearby vehicle additional rental space.) VEHICLES CANNOT BE MOVED WITHIN THE FESTIVAL AREA UNTIL THE END OF PUBLISHED FESTIVAL EVENT TIME.
ANY NEEDED ELECTRICITY (via generator), WIFI, TENTS, SIGNAGE, TABLES, & CHAIRS MUST BE SUPPLIED BY VENDOR THEMSELVES. Public Safety Precautions must always be adhered to within/ near your Vendor Area.*
BOOTH CLEAN-UP: Area must be cleared of all brought items and trash. Hot food oil/grease must be removed off-site by Vendor.* (Violators may be fined by City or County Officers.)
NOTE: PER CITY POLICE/ SHERIFF DEPT FOR PUBLIC FOOT-TRAFFIC ONLY SAFETY:
VEHICLES CANNOT BE MOVED WITHIN THE FESTIVAL AREA DURING FESTIVAL PUBLISHED EVENT HOURS.
