This short survey is designed by BlockPaisa which is a blockchain-based fintech startup affiliated with Health Innovation Hub. Our services are specifically designed to meet the financial needs of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

We provide interest-free credit to small and medium businesses so they can get back on their feet from the effects of the pandemic and grow their businesses, hence creating livelihood opportunities for themselves and their communities. We do this by providing a credit card, a digital bank account for their business, and a mobile banking app.

There are only five questions to this survey that can be completed in less than a minute, please participate only if you are a small or medium business owner, you are a startup founder/co-founder, or you are in a position to make financial decisions for your business.

Your business comes under SME category if you have fewer than 500 employees and less than $25 million in annual revenue (how much money you have raised does not count in annual revenue). You can be revenue-generating or pre-revenue.
