Overcoming Procrastination: Tackling Time Management

Do you find yourself frustrated or living with regret over not getting things done in a timely manner? Do you habitually wait to the last minute, then vow you’ll start earlier the next time, only to repeat the cycle? Are you getting behind on your work, feel overwhelmed, and not sure how to catch up? 

Solutions to these issues exist, and we’re going to discover them together at this free workshop, "Overcoming Procrastination: Tackling Time Management."

In this session, we will:

       1) Discuss how and why we fall into procrastinating

       2) Reflect and identify time wasters in our own lives

       3) Learn proven, time-tested strategies for gaining peace and confidence over our schedules

       4) Identify time-management strategies to implement right away
