Induction Ceremony Reservation 2024 - Family/Friends
The Masuk Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony is set for Thursday, October 10, at Tashua Knolls, located at 40 Tashua Knolls Lane in Trumbull, CT.

Cocktail hour, which includes a cash bar and hors d'oeuvres, will begin at 6pm. A buffet dinner and the ceremony will begin at 7:15pm. A kids menu of chicken nuggets and french fries are available.

Seating will be assigned for tables of 10 ONLY. We will try our best to honor any special requests for seating, and to seat all members of an inductee’s party together, or as close as possible.

Please fill out the questionnaire below to RSVP to the event. NO PHYSICAL TICKETS WILL BE SENT - ATTENDEES WILL CHECK IN, BY NAME, AT THE CEREMONY.
