Thank you for your purchase towards our product.

In the unlikely event that a problem arises as a result of defect due to manufacturing or workmanship, we will promptly repair the item at our expenses or a replacement at our option. If we could not repair or replace the product, we will offer a similar product of comparable value at our discretion.

Our warranty does not cover product damage that has been exposed to extreme temperatures, acids, solvents as well as moisture and abuse or improper handling. (If carrier damages your product, you should immediately file a damage claim with the carrier.)
Also as with many product, component parts like leather, wheels and other moving parts will show sign of wear and tear with use over time, and may need to be serviced / replaced. This type of normal wear and tear is naturally not covered by our warranty, however we will happy to provide repair-service at our discretion (on all brands carried by us) for a nominal cost.

Each of our product has different length of warranty period from the date of purchase. To find length of time the warranty is valid, please see the warranty certificate inside your luggage.

All warranty are valid in the country you purchased the product, unless specified otherwise in your warranty certificate. Please be advised that the warranty certificate and proof of purchase are needed for verification on any warranty claim.
