If you are accepted as a client, weekly check-ins are done through a text messenger - they're the number one tool to ensure you're success and help us help you learn to navigate less-than-stellar weeks to make this a sustainable lifestyle. Check-ins will be your responsibility each week; we will not chase you down.
Are you willing to commit to 12 months of a program? (billed monthly) *
We're certified in training and nutrition; We provided a lot of 1-1 time for only $1/day and this is not a magic pill or a 12 week fix. If you're accepted as a client, we want you to succeed - but we can't want it more than you. This is not a month-to-month, cancel-at-anytime program. That said, we're not a car dealership, and we understand life happens. If something does come up, talk to us! We're human, just like you.
