Thank you for choosing to renew your membership with UTFA!
Please complete the following steps for your membership renewal:
- Enter your contact information to ensure our member records are up to date.
- Indicate your payment option at the bottom of the form (Item 9).
- Click SUBMIT to finalize the renewal.
- If you chose to pay online, a confirmation pop-up message will provide a PayPal link for you to make a PayPal (via your PayPal account or credit card) payment.
- After you click on the PayPal link, you will be redirected to the PayPal UTFA web page, where you will select a one or two year membership term.
- After you select your membership term, click PAY NOW. You will be redirected to a PayPal page, which will prompt you to make a payment using your credit card or via your PayPal account.
- You will receive a PayPal confirmation of payment once your completed your payment.
- If you wish to make an online payment via another method, please contact us at faculty@utfa.org.
The form will take approximately 5 minutes to complete.
