I understand that space is limited for mission camp and my parish/youth group is not guaranteed space until my reservation has been confirmed (this should occur within a week of your registration). *

I understand that in this disaster response work, our mission crew will be asked to be as flexible and as "self-sufficient" as possible. I will prepare the youth of my group and chaperones with the training materials and videos which will be provided to me. In addition, I will bring chaperones that are able to assist in helping the youth work safely and effectively. *
