Please note that this is not a registration form. Teams will be formally invited to our tournaments only after rosters are finalized, expected sometime in October. We may host teams from Tiers 3 and/or 4, though the tier of our host team has not yet been determined.
All teams from Tiers 3 and 4 (out of 4) are welcome to apply. However, only teams that are the best fit for our host team will receive an invitation, or a separate pool may be created for another tier of teams.
Teams will be selected based on competitive fit for each tournament, not the order of application. Our goal is to ensure balanced matchups, but this can be challenging, as many teams may have limited gameplay experience before applying. We ask that you provide accurate tiering information to the best of your ability.
Teams are expected to be responsive to communication, as we may reach out to confirm that no changes have been made to the initial tiering submission.
If your team is selected, you will receive a formal invitation to register. Teams not selected will be notified via email as soon as possible.
Upon receiving an invitation, please complete the registration form and submit payment to secure your spot. If you are unable to accept the invitation, kindly inform us immediately. More info below.
NOTE: All tournament dates and divisions are tentative until sanctioned by Hockey Alberta.
