Which volunteer role are you interested in?
WELCOME TEAM (groups preferred) - Time needed 7am-9am. Assist with unloading of vehicles and parking directions.
SUMMIT SETUP - Time needed 7am-9am. Arrive at 7am to create an informative, decorative and safe Summit atmosphere.
REGISTRATION TEAM - Time needed 7am-11am. Arrive on the day of Summit to set up and register all participants, volunteers, presenters and performers.
FLOATER (Willing to fill in where needed) - Various times throughout the day from 7am - 2:30pm.
GROUP LEADER (Females aged 17-24 preferred) - Time needed 7:30am-2:30pm. Lead a group of young ladies to each of their workshops, debrief with them, and collect surveys. MUST PARTICIPATE IN MANDATORY TRAINING PRIOR TO THE SUMMIT.
OPENING YOUTH PERFORMANCE OR PRESENTATION - Time needed between 8am-10am.
CLOSING YOUTH PERFORMANCE OR PRESENTATION - Time needed between 2pm-2:30pm
YOUTH WORKSHOP FACILITATOR (Mental Health, Self-Esteem and Wellness) Females preferred. Support youth ages 10-17 with 2019 Theme: WHY NOT YOU, GIRL? - Time needed between 10am-2pm. Must be interactive. MANDATORY TRAINING PRIOR TO THE SUMMIT.
YOUTH WORKSHOP FACILITATOR (Workforce, Entrepreneurship and Vocational Training) Females preferred. Support youth ages 10-17 with 2019 theme: WHY NOT YOU, GIRL? - Time needed between 10am-2pm. Must be interactive. MANDATORY TRAINING PRIOR TO THE SUMMIT.
YOUTH WORKSHOP FACILITATOR (Physical Health, Sport or Exercise) Females Preferred. Support youth ages 10-17 with 2019 theme: WHY NOT YOU, GIRL? - Time needed between 10Am-2pm. Must be interactive. MANDATORY TRAINING PRIOR TO THE SUMMIT.
COMMUNITY PARTNER TABLES & VENDORS (fee based) - Provide free health centered materials for parents and slots between 10am-2pm. Contact Stephanie at 216.282.7799
FOOD TEAM (groups and organizations preferred) - Time needed 11am-1pm. Set up, distribute and cleanup lunch to Summit participants.
Youth or Parent Facilitators - Please provide a title, brief description (including materials needed) and age preference for your proposed workshop. Please note: Youth facilitators must be available for all 3 workshops from 10am-2pm. Thank you in advance for your commitment to our youth.
