Application form for "Tales We Tell, Bonds We Build - Storytelling in Youth Work" training course program

Dear applicants,

Here is the application form for "Tales We Tell, Bonds We Build - Storytelling in Youth Work", an Erasmus+ training course taking place from 17th to 26th January 2025 in Aparan, Armenia.

This is a non-formal education program that will provide tools from storytelling, creative writing, movement and theatre to recognise the stories that build us and allow us to bond.

Application deadline is December 17, tough we will be selecting participants in the run... so get sure you do apply as soon as you can! 

Due to the big amount of applications only selected participants will be contacted.

Please also note that the training course has a contribution fee of 40-50 EUR by participant.

We have 6 spots for participation reserved for people facing fewer opportunities. These mean economic disadvantadges (low incomes and unemployment), social discrimination, cultural differences (ethnics minorities or migrant background), geographical barriers (isolated locations such as rural areas or islands) or health problems (specially non severe mental health problems such as anxiety or depression). Please mention if you are facing any of these situations. Note this form is confidential and your data will only be used by Altera lab for the team to accompany you in the process of participation

I understand that my participation in this project implies: 1. I am committed and able to participate fully in ALL PHASES of the project: preparation of the mobility, training course, follow up (dissemination of learning results) and evaluation of the project. 2. I will attend the activities of the program, except for sickness or other force majeure cases. 3. I will carry with me a valid Health Insurance where the validity period indicated on the card has not expired. 4. I am able to spend 8 full days with a diverse group of people from different countries, in rooms shared in between 4 and 6 people according to age and gender. 5. I will have my travel cost reimbursed once all the phases of the project are completed and the evaluation done, within 3 months after the end of the Training Course. 6. I am able to make a contribution of 40 to 50 euros for co funding my participation in the program, according to Erasmus + rules.

I hereby consent to Altera lab using images of myself caught in video recordings, and/or photographs, taken/recorded by Altera lab. I consent to them being used for marketing and publicity related purposes and to their use in other Altera lab publications.
