Thank you for your interest in volunteering at Clayfest 2024! We truly appreciate your willingness to contribute to the experience. This form takes about 20 minutes. 

This form will only be opened until the 14th of June 2024.

Before you begin filling out this application, we want to provide you with some important information about volunteering at our event:

1. Volunteering Commitment: By completing this application, you are expressing your commitment to dedicating your time and energy to support the successful execution of Clayfest. We rely on volunteers to help with various tasks before, during, and after the festival to ensure everything runs smoothly.

2. Ticket Requirement: Please note that all volunteers are required to purchase their tickets to attend Clayfest 2024. However, upon completion of your volunteer duties, you will be eligible for a refund of the ticket price. This policy ensures that our volunteers are equally invested in the event experience and helps us manage volunteer resources effectively.

3. Volunteer Benefits and Refund Process: Once you have fulfilled your volunteer responsibilities as outlined by our team, you will receive instructions on how to request a refund for your ticket purchase. Refunds will be processed within three weeks, and we appreciate your patience throughout this process. Discounts do not stack, so you can do more than one shift but will not get more than one discount.
