Terms & Conditions

These terms are for personal, non-commercial usage only.

Unless otherwise requested, all commissions will be digitally delivered. Prints can be provided for an additional fee.

Vexing Val, hereafter referred to as ARTIST.
Commissioner, hereafter referred to as CLIENT.
CLIENT will receive a unique project site for their commission(s) via Trello (trello.com), hereafter referred to as PROJECT SITE.

Acceptance of Terms *

CLIENT must agree to all of these terms before proceeding.

Right of Refusal: CLIENT understands that the ARTIST reserves the right to refuse any commission for any reason.

Content: CLIENT understands that ARTIST will not accept commissions that encourages sexual violence, racism, homophobia, transphobia, racism, or bigotry of any kind.

Limitations of Alterations: CLIENT can request no more than two edits during the sketch approval phase.

Payment: CLIENT agrees to pay 25% of final invoice price upon an accepted proposal, 25% upon sketch approval, and remainder upon completion.

Refunds & Cancellations: CLIENT understands that ARTIST does not offer refunds. Projects may be canceled at any time by ARTIST or CLIENT.

Attribution: CLIENT shall make best efforts to credit and link to ARTIST, subject to limitations of medium.
