Preferred Skills 
Technical: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Python, data automation, website builders (e.g., Wix, Squarespace, WordPress), or no-code tools (e.g., Airtable, Zapier), Git

Analytical: Needs assessment, user research, workflow mapping, and identifying problems and solutions within workflows

Soft Skills: Clear communication, empathy, organization, and initiative in client-facing settings
