When you sign your kids up for camp you are agreeing to the following:
To show up to the classes and attend all classes for the weekend, including the performance on Sunday.
To attend the class you signed up for and only that class unless you have spoken to someone in registration and they have been able to arrange a different option. We have limited class space that does not allow for exceptions, unless someone in registration has approved. Instructors will not accept students not on the roster.
To attend the Friday night dinner, if you RSVP’d. We have had a lot of people not show and it is a cost and time consuming venture that we would like to continue.
To discuss respect of the instruments, park and instructors with your children. We have a very limited amount of time to instruct your children and want to maximize our time without having to deal with behavior problems.
To drop off and pick up your kids at the designated times.
To sign a consent form and take it to the first class of the weekend.
To encourage your kids to be proud of their hard work!
These are the basic requirements for attending camp.
To avoid a registration fee to future camps you must follow the above requirements.
You must cancel by the Friday before camp (January 14th is the last day to cancel). This allows for wait list students to have an opportunity to come. If you do not cancel within the time frame or you did not show up, you will be required to pay a $50 registration fee. The payment will need to be made within 48 hours of the invoice being delivered in order to hold your spot. This is for all cancellations, no exceptions.
Our goal here at SSKMC is to reach as many children as possible and teach them the love of music. It is unfair to the families that want to attend to miss out due to no shows and last minute cancellations. Thank you for understanding!
