Community Equipment Rental Agreement
Introduction
This agreement is between the equipment owner (lessor) and the renter (lessee). By signing, both parties agree to the following terms.

Equipment Tiers
- **Mesquite Tier**: Tables, chairs & canopy
- **Pinon Tier**: Tables, chairs, 2 outdoor games
- **Yucca Tier**: Tables, chairs, canopy and 1 outdoor game
- **Agave Tier**: Foldable outdoor chairs, tent and 1 seasonal item or outdoor game
Rental Period

- Return Date: __________, ______ (by 12pm)
Deposit
A deposit and a copy of your Driver's License are required at pickup.
- Deposit amounts:
- Mesquite Tier: $5
- Pinon Tier: $5
- Yucca Tier: $10
- Agave Tier: $10
*The deposit will be refunded if all terms are met. It may be used toward the cleaning fee, which varies based on the equipment.
Pickup and Return
- Pickup/Return Address: 118 S. Main St. Las Cruces, NM 88001
- The renter is responsible for pickup, transport, and return of the equipment.
Equipment Use and Care
1. Use the equipment only for its intended purpose.
2. Do not alter or modify the equipment without written permission.
3. The equipment will be in good working order at pickup.
4. The renter is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the equipment.
Late Returns
If the equipment is not returned on time:
1. The deposit will be surrendered.
2. The renter cannot rent again until the equipment is returned or 30% of its total value is paid.
Agreement Terms
This document represents the entire agreement between both parties. Any prior understandings or representations are not binding unless included here.
Survey
We kindly ask you to answer a few questions after your rental. Your responses will help us improve our service and maintain our low-cost or free rental system. This information is required by our grant and will only be used for grant-related purposes.
