Members of the public wishing to be placed on a list of speakers for a meeting during public comments must include the following information. Each speaker or group will receive three (3) minutes. The public comment section of the board meeting shall not exceed two (2) hours.

Online sign up for public comments are time-stamped and will close at 12:00 p.m. on the date of the meeting.

Members of the public may also sign up at the meeting. A signup sheet for public comments will be available before the meeting begins.
